Wenn ich darf... Bei 75 C sterben keine Keime ab! Der Vorgang nennt sich Pasteurization und die findet bei 85-90C Statt... Ich empfehle auch eine Eismaschiene mit Kompressor, einfach deswegen weil alles schneller geht und weil man nicht 24/7 Raum fur den Eistopf (attachment) im Gefrierschrank vergeudet. Alles Gute. P.S. das perfekte hochdeutsch werde ich der Duesseldorfer Region zumuten. (LOL)

Heute habe ich dieses Pistazieneis serviert. Es schmeckt einfach fantastisch. Es ist schon zu meiner Lieblingseissorte geworden. Ich bin total von dem Rezept begeistert. Ich kann gar nicht glauben, was ich gerade gekostet habe. Der Ansatz für das Schokoeis ist so was von lecker. Ich freue mich, wenn ich ihn morgen mit meinem neuen Eisbereiter - zu meiner Kenwood passend - den ich mir extra bestellt habe, zubereiten kann. Der Ansatz fürs Erdbeereis steht auch schon im Kühlschrank. Die Rezepte sind gelingsicher präsentiert und es macht große Freude, das auszuprobieren. Vielen Dank fürs Teilen der tollen Rezepte. Liebe Rita, ich habe heute das erste Mal Eis nach diesem Rezept zubereitet. Du hast alles wunderbar erklärt, so dass man nichts falsch machen kann. Das Eis schmeckt sehr cremig, der Zuckeranteil ist genau richtig. Ich habe die Hälfte der angegebenen Menge für meine beiden 700 ml Behälter verwendet. Vielen herzlichen Dank für das tolle Video. I enjoyed this little excursion, very educational :) The power of color is not to be underestimated. I am learning to love styles and concepts that I had no appreciation for before. These paintings draw me closer and immerse me in their world, and that is a very emotional experience indeed.

Seeing a Rothko painting in person is a unique experience. The subtle shifts in color and tone are lost in prints, emphasizing the importance of viewing his work firsthand.

My perception of Rothko shifted after encountering his paintings at the Tate. The dimly lit room added to the haunting atmosphere, making it impossible not to feel something. It was a transformative experience that changed my perspective on his work.

It's true, you have to see a Rothko painting in person. If you move your eyes slightly or tilt your head, the underlying color tones fade and recede into the background. It's not the same with a print.

Rothko tried to paint portraits and landscapes in his earlier years, but they were really bad. So he started his minimalist style and became very popular in the abstract world. He was worried that people were just buying his work to be trendy and didn't really understand what it was for.

Rothko is one of my favorites among the painters whose works I have had the pleasure of getting to know. His paintings really have a transcendent quality when you see them in person.
