Fuses don't blow for fun. The pump probably failed and took out the fuse.

Aaaaah dude!!! 🤣 That was some comic relief man! I remember when you and I were on a roadtrip and my Golf had issues...we immediately baugth a new fuel pump and replaced it on the side of the road...the problem was not the fuel pump either! Guess we never learn haha 😂 classic!

Great job! Just in case you ever have to do it again... replacement vapour barriers are pretty cheap so sometimes it's just easier to bang on a new one rather than fix up the old. As long as it's water-tight, it's all good. Loving the work on the handle.

The fuse would not blow without a reason, the pump must of been on its way out. When is the next update?

@@CaptainMilkybeardTheMermaid You might need a non return valve on the fuel system. The BMW pump has one built in but aftermarket pumps don't.

@@1jonnyboy195 I’ve heard people saying that their cars don’t start on the first turn due to the aftermarket pump. Haven’t had any issues as yet. I’ll keep it in mind should I start experiencing any issues.

As much as I love M.A I don’t know if I’d sell him that car back. The man’s got 2 lambos, a Maserati, a Porsche, and countless other things, but on the other hand it wouldn’t have the history and prestige without him owning it before you. He did rescue it from the racetrack after all and put it back on the road, tough one to judge, just nice to see some fresh content, keep it up 👍

Did you drill a hole for the amp power and ground cables? I just looked in my M3 and can’t see a hole for the cables to go through to allow the amp to side under the boot floor carpet panel?????!

I went through half a 5L Jack of that dye just doing the boot floor carpet! Just wouldn’t take, I’ve still got the side panels to do, maybe I need to brush on like you did, has it left an even finish???

Hey Mike. Yeah it’s really nasty to get it to stick. I finished it off with a fabric spray paint to get the even finish.
