Where did the big bang take place at? In other words if the big bang created the universe how could the big bang have taken place. The universe is infinite in time as well as size. The big bang, if true, is only a point in time in which all heavily bodies in the universe (stars, planets, moon, etc) began. But before the big bang the universe was still here or the events of the big bang could not have happened.

I think if we could travel to every star system within our own GALAXY quickly & gather data on every single Planet & Moon around each of these stars & those that even wander our galaxy rogue...that we would not only find LIFE...but INTELLIGENT LIFE at that...and not just on a Planet or two but very likely on hundreds, if not thousands of worlds...ALL DIFFERENT, with some similar ( possibly connected 😉) features even perhaps with some of the species. As much as I like Brian, I must side with Frank Drake who's equations were done when we thought there were many less stars in our galaxy to what we believe now, at that time, he (with some help from SAGAN) came up with an estimate of some 10,000 INTELLIGENT ET's currently (well back in the 60's or was it the 70's?) within our own Galaxy...maybe close to? maybe way more now? or perhaps even a good deal less? But I'd most certainly BET on there being other INTELLIGENT SPECIES within our Milky Way galaxy. Will most of them be GOOD, INTERESTING & CURIOUS species? I sure would like to think so. Spacetime is a four dimensional entity. If we have space, then we have time, and vice versa: if we have time, then we must have space. The notion that time did not exist before the big bang is not logical. Time is timeless; there is no arbitrary zero point of time. We can obviously rewind to a billion years before the big bang in time. If we can extend time to before the big bang, then space must also have existed before the big bang, because where we have time, we also have space.
