Alex! These are great videos. I’ve been an agent in Seattle and have been dipping my toe into doing listing media for other agents. I sell and shoot about 1 property a month right now (charging $1,000 for video, photo, floor plan, & Matterport). I want to scale and get more clients. Should I just get on the phone and cold call agents? Maybe you have better methods or could make a video on proven lead generation methods

Your videos are very encouraging for someone who is planning to break into real estate photography and videography. I'm an electrical apprentice in Southeast Tennessee but my true passion is photography. It would be a dream to build a company like you did and work for myself! Keep up the great content and I'll keep tuning in!

@@AlexSerrao Do you have a checklist or key tips for someone just starting out in the real estate side of photography? I know my way around a camera, good with people, and study business often. I'm gonna watch your videos that address this topic, but I just wanted to know if there was anything new you could provide? Thanks for the response Alex.

The tutorial is great and THANK YOU for posting it. I am new to Lightroom Classic and I have followed the tutorial but all the changes that I made in masking it did not save after exporting it. Can you please provide an information on how to save it with all the masking changes? Thanks a lot!

Alex! Love your stuff. You inspired me to take up real estate photography. So thank you. I want to start creating content like you. I don’t know how to structure packages for content, creation for realtors. Is it possible you can make a quick video on this or we can chat?

They say verbal agreements are worth the paper they're written on. Having a written agreement in place protects the client and the photographer. It's not like the agent doesn't understand the value of a written agreement. I think the reason photographers avoid it is fear of rejection.

Do one of these videos with a room with wood ceilings or dark features, green color casts reflecting on the walls from trees outside, as well as orange incandescent interior lighting color casts too.

Use the luminosity mask approach or blend if approach as this will give natural blends between your layers and save you having to draw around windows etc

Is your creative Director locally where you’re at or are they also in Vietnam how did you find your creative director? Do you have a video on what your requirements were for hiring a creative Director. I’ve been doing my business for about two years and I’m at the point to where I just cannot physically do anymore because I handle everything. Sometimes I can’t deliver next day because I’m out shooting all day and I have no one to deliver the photos when they return from the editor.

Is Zillow available for people outside of the USA (EU) only for creating virtual tours? I am thinking of purchasing the Insta360 X4 for real estate only. I am not a photographer nor content creator. I would only use it for virtual tours and/or 360 live videos of real estate. I am not planning to open a business for now, if I pay back the cost of the camera (+ accessories) I would be happy. Of course, if the demand would be there, I would consider doing it full time
