I have a Carbon rival that shoots great. It was suppose to be a CT Rival. After eating nearly 6 months I find out they built the Carbon and not the CT. So I can vouch for the customer service issues. When the time comes for A new rifle I May or may not give them a 2nd chance simply because of the issues I had the first time. I get it, sometimes things get screwed up but it was how it was communicated to me was a big part why I’ll Be hesitant next time.

I have this rifle and it is just fantastic to shoot !

They have the same rifle including cartridge but in left hand at my local Cabela’s. Since I am a cross dominant shooter I use left handed rifles. It was on sale too. But since it wasn’t threaded I didn’t go with it. I really liked it though.

What did you have layered underneath?

Mine is the rage and I put the same scope on it. Well trying to get the same scope on. The fierce rings and bases. First the screws were to long could not work the bolt. Then when I ordered the rings asked them if lows would work they said yes. Got shorter screws and lows were not going to work. Then got medium and one of the rings was stripped out. So that’s where I’m at.

I have the 110 tactical has an 8+1 mag which the mag is a 300 WSM magazine and I shoot the 143 Hornady ELDX rounds good shooting gun even out to 1,000 yards with the Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 FFP and has the EBR-2C reticle (MRAD)(about to get the venom out on). And having the 9 rounds is nice as well. (Edit: Did but a timney trigger in it set to 1.5 pound pull weight now just waiting on gun season or hamas which ever comes first)

I bought a second I liked mine so much. One is on my LR Centerfire the other on my Bergara B-14R. I've been very happy so far

As of today, 03/12/23 they are still allowing the mis-threaded ones into circulation. When I contacted Armscor, they said I'd have to return the TM22, BUT at my FFl expense, so I'd have to pay FFl fees for sending it back and to receive it back and where I am that would total $80 out of my pocket. I suggested they send me a properly threaded barrel and I'd return the incorrect one, and that way no need for a FFL as the barrel alone is NOT a firearm, but they refused saying a "gunsmith had to change out the barrel" even though their own owners manual shows you how easy it is to unscrew it and screw it back in, no gunsmith needed. So if anyone is going to buy a TM22, be sure to VERIFY it has the correct 1/2 x 28 threading BEFORE you buy and pay for it.

Vertical group.. cheek well tight to the stock and shoulder. This will keep your shot consistent.

Really bad from when you're shooting. Adjust the stock to shoulder contact, your cheek is never on the same place when you're shooting. This video was really hurtful to watch. No explanation of why you choose that ammo or caliber , no ballistic data, no barrel break in procedure mentioned? Just bad.

How good is it's wind resistance? I always feel like I can't breath when wind hits my face so I was wondering how good these are?

I know I am late here buy i just purchased an ultralite 2 weeks ago in 308. Theee different boxes of ammo. All sub MOA.

Nice video. I am a little late looking at it. Not a fan of the expensive composite barrels because of their cost. You can by the entire rifle with a steel barrel less than just the cost of one of those fiber composites barrels. I just purchased a 6.5 PRC Savage Tactical for less than that barrel alone would cost. Of course, it isn't light, but it won't heat up as fast and shooting from a bench or a stand the recoil will be less. Nice rifle none the less and out of the box performance. I just like to keep a little more money in my pockets for more important things in shooting than the weight of the rifle.

It’s a Savage Action. Lube the bolt and run it with authority man! It’s got a floating bolt head unlike others and you have to work it like you mean it until it beds in. The only weakness in this action from the factory is the extractor and that’s easy to correct via the aftermarket.

I have this in 7 rem mag it’s pretty brutal on the recoil ouch

Having someone mount your scope? That's pretty sad. You should learn how to do things yourself. What if something goes wrong in the field? Everyone knows how to pull a trigger. It's the resourceful and those that can adapt that separates the true outdoorsman from the snow flakes.

I looked at one in 308 our store had and on first glance, nice! Then I worked the bolt and when you pull it all the way back it had a TON of bolt slop. (Companies keep touting slick bolts and all it is is undersized bolts). I would say in a hurry up situation it would bind. The stock I could take 2 fingers,(one on barrel and one one the stock) and squeeze them completely together. It’s amazing how American companies still rip us off anyway they can and they wonder why people are buying foreign stuff! They advertise greatness and all they’re doing is putting lipstick on a pig and rapping your wallet. Tikka t3x HAS a slick bolt without as much bolt slop and no I don’t own a tikka, I don’t know how long we’ll keep falling for their corner cutting money grubbing ways.
