I lived in the tenderloin in the late 70s ,back then the sex industry, runaways and drugs were at an all time high in that area . It really hasn't changed. It just has a different face,and thousands of people are sleeping on the streets in tents or whatever will house them. People who can live better orare living better ,in my opinion, should show some gratitude that you can live better.
