Southern part China Martial Arts are not much kickings, or low kickings only, instead Northern China Martial Arts will use kickings.

Nice indirect clap back at the people spreading Disinformation that Sifu Paul made up this form. And the video of Ip Sui teaching Poon Lung Kerk was great too.

Notice this isn't the kind of bollocks sold as Kung Fu at the "modern Shaolin Temple". Grounded practical techniques. There's been no shortage of "useful idiots" pushing the bilge that tourist trap promotes.

I subscribed to Sifu's Video on 5 elements on - line, I really enjoyed the videos full of details in every aspect. I look forward going ahead with Sifu's program. In my opinion he is one of those true Traditional Kung Fu Master around.

What would Grand Master Ip Shui now say about you diluting the system with Indian martial arts & Jui Jitsu?
@southernmantiskungfu3 ай бұрын
Nothing starting at all. Simply sharing past footage. If you have issue with it , the problem lies with you.
@southernmantiskungfu3 ай бұрын
@@incogneto2434 Simple, same thing he said when he was alive, there is no dilution and that can be seen and proved time and again. He only had positive things to say about Sifu Paul . I can only assume from your baseless and false comment who you are getting your information from. You’re far too susceptible and indoctrinated to reason with or continue with any sort of discourse. Troll in your own group 🙏🏾
@xingyimaster1987Ай бұрын
@@incogneto2434 the truth as always is somewhere in the middle. You get either extreme nut huggers who believe he's got the pure chow gar and you can never question or extreme haters who dont give him any credit. I know as a fact the grandmaster is not a fan of Sifu Paul anymore. Ask yourself why does he not visit his school on his uk trips? Everyone knows he teaches many arts and has mixed things a bit. Having said that sifu paul is still the best chow gar teacher around. He is the only one who can actually fight with it and has real combat skill. His skill is from pressure testing and all the other arts he has trained which makes him a very complete martial artist. If you want to defend yourself and get strong using kung fu he is definitely one of the best sifus in the uk, if not Europe.
@incogneto2434Ай бұрын
@@xingyimaster1987 Has he really been tested? I heard from Grand Master Ip Sui's son that sifu Paul Whitrod went to see one of his ex? student who was teaching & yes I do know the name, over some disagreement & both ended up on the floor in a wrestle/scuffle so hardly any Chow Gar on display.
What a fascinating treasure Sifu Paul is, great interview!

I loved the interview very much, but I wish Suki was asked to compare the fighting effectiveness between his traditional WC in England and Jesse Glover's NCKF. But I loved it.

I don't know if I agree with sifu. I was taught to use it as an entry, a crushing, smashing blow setting up a next attack of the hammer or phoenix eye. But, I'm going back 30 years!!!! London under Tony Leung first but then under Kins Liu (spelling gone now, don't remember). Anyway, good trip down memory lane.
