Dynamic Tension exercise has good, scientific, backing. Overcoming Isometrics is best for developing ligament and tendon strength with the additional advantage of being independent of joint angle.

I subscribed to Sifu's Video on 5 elements on - line, I really enjoyed the videos full of details in every aspect. I look forward going ahead with Sifu's program. In my opinion he is one of those true Traditional Kung Fu Master around.
