HD is region free, but SD especially between the NA and PAL regions, the TV signals were broadcast at different frequencies. PAL signals had higher pixel count, but lower refresh rates, whereas NTSC had lower pixel counts and fewer lines, but higher refresh rates. Because the standard electrical frequency in NA is 60 hz, and In Europe its 50 hz, the signals were not compatible.

18:32 The reason that is is because when you start Knuckles story in the (Sonic 3) zones he can't jump as high as sonic he goes through different area's of that first zone you literally tracking that assassin robot all through Sonic 3 then from mushroom zone to the ending. That's what i thought, as you never seen robotnick through knuckles story. I wish Knuckles in Sonic 2 was added with Origins bundle. Knuckles story starts straight away after Sonic's end. In (Sonic & Knuckles) I'm pretty sure that during the start of Sonic & Knuckles, when you play as Knuckles your not tracking Robotnick. Your tracking that mysterious robot that dropped the bomb (One of Robotnicks Henchmen) Then Mecha Sonic comes out of the blue killing the Robot assassin, and charges up with the Master Emerald. And of course Tails super form with his super flickie's gets added with the S&K addon.

There a menu on Sonic Mania called Dev Menu in PC version. To access it, type devMenu=y under language and press Escape in Game to access it, it has a resume, restart, stage select, options and exit in older version in stage select there was an option to see beta versions from E3 levels Green hill demo and Studiopolis demo, but it was removed, but there's also a yellow screen, this was in E3 to display when will Sonic Mania release but it's glitched, you can access like everything to experience all of Sonic Mania Plus and No DLC

I remember that in Holoska (Cool Edge) you were able to maintain 50fps to 60fps most of the time. Now I'm curious if setting it to 480p or 576p actually makes some stages that have a framerate of 40fps (like Spagonia/Rooftop Run) able to reach something close to 60fps. It's a shame I didn't see anyone on KZfaq trying to do this.
