If the brickwork was so dodgy, how did you have such faith that the fottings were deep enough?

Literally all the stuff I get from clients. Come in and quote, they go for the £50-£100 cheaper option then end up calling me to sort it as they know I will do a good job. Glad to see that there are still some people out there with integrity. Awesome work.

No footings no drain holes no tampering the Wall no string lines no vertical rebar no concrete every 2 feet for reinforcement of wall. Earth has alot of weight When backfilled and mother nature is harsh in cold weather affecting the integrity of the wall. The higher the Wall you need to tamper for stabilizing the Earth behind it. There is a technique for building walls the higher you go

I'm a 67 year old bricklayer / builder and I'm impressed with your work pal well done nice job you turned out we used to call that type of pointing the Westminster smudge in London I thought when I first saw you a youngster I thought here we go another so called expert talking crap but I was pleasanty surprised with seeing a nice tidy job it's not easy fixing other people bodge jobs which I've been doing for decades so keep up the good work I'm sure you'll go far the only problem is the client always wants you personally not your workers lol.

0:02 - You sure you didn't do this stupidness just for your own KZfaq video? It looks like it was laid bad on purpose.... Not even a DIY'er with no experience laying brick, would do something this mental.

How long will the insulation between the walls last? In my country it is built differently, the insulation is placed on the outside of the wall and basaltic wool or extruded polystyrene is placed

It is far cheaper to remove the error than to "fix" it. You just keep chasing it and end up with a subpar project.
