Definitely not to make it quieter. The QS is louder and deep sounding than stock people live the sound when were in a group. Its quieter than the standard HMF

Great vid. I have a 2012 F250 6.7L and wanted to do the same for battery charge because of a power inverter I want to install. Other vids are showing wires needing to be added and three times the amount of work for the same result. Could be because of locations changing of wire access. How did you know what wires would enable the high idle? Switch #4 on mine is rated at 15A. Any reason why the switch #3 rated at 10A would'nt suffice? Lastly I've seen a potentiometer being used where you can adjust your idle speed. I like the sound of that. Any thoughts? Thanks

How could they be? One of the advantages of the honda is how quiet they are, and now you're deleting that advantage. Does it add more power? Who cares, the 1000 already has tons of torque, if it's not enough then you bought the wrong machine.
