Well I just completed your 45 minute HIIT workout - it’s my favourite by far - I was really sweating - lol - I started doing your workouts in December and I couldn’t even do a 10 minute workout (not even kidding here) and today I completed the pyramid workout - thank you for getting me exercising again - you have no idea how much it has helped me - hope you are both well and give Mochi a scratch behind the ears for me 😊🇨🇦

Hi there! We haven't changed any settings and can see full screen viewing on our end (we're on our computers). We clicked on the little half square graphic at the bottom of the screen to make it go full screen and it worked. Another great workout! I’m working with extra emphasis on my balance. Instead of tapping my foot, I kick my leg. I’ve haven’t fallen over yet. And I think my balance is getting steadier.

I work from home and had some downtime today. Did this exercise standing by my computer and it really helped - especially my upper back. Will purchase some weights and plan to repeat it, at least, 3 times per week. Thanks.

First, great job for focusing on building muscle and strength! Picking the right weight depends on your level of fitness. For a given exercise, a general guide is that it should feel challenging by the 8th or 10th repetition if you're aiming for 10 repetitions. So using no weight at all is fine if you're just starting out. The goal is to get comfortable with the exercise and add weight when you're ready.
