I like trains, in our town we have one coming though at about 9 AM. I quit counting at 120 cars. The train was coming into and out of town at the same time.

The last time the Empress 2816 came to Minnesota in the 2000s, my family and I had tickets for the excursion to Glenwood, MN. If I recall correctly, the engine just fit on the turntable at Glenwood. We got back to Shoreham around 10:30 that night. The dispatcher that day had to weave us in between his freight trains! He earned his pay that day!
