CPKC is our hometown railroad, so we catch it a lot. This video covers railroad activity along the CPKC rail line that runs the course of the Mississippi River.
The CPKC stands for Canadian Pacific Kansas City and is the result of a merger between the KCS and CP.
Spring on the CPKC River Sub has been very fruitful this year. A lot of good railfanning moments to list off and over an hour of footage. It's all trains with a little barge activity mixed in - spring means the return of navigation season on the Mississippi River.
