Thank you very much! I made a video that coincided with an article that I wrote for an educational magazine that was published in the European Union. The video is called, Become a Genius and Master the Secret of Life - and it's on my channel. If we were to incorporate my message we would be creating so many experts and possibly geniuses in a wide variety of fields that it would turn countries and our entire world around - it really would. I spoke to over 100 Romanian teachers on a Skype broadcast and they were excited about the message. Let's hope someone takes action on it. Even individual adults could and have benefited from my process. Anyhow, all my best to you!!!

I'm glad to learn that you love these videos. BTW, a person can go quite far with a slightly above average I.Q. Always remember that (if a person is fairly healthy) they can choose to outwork the vast majority of others with their extra drive and effort backing them up. That can create great interest and demand in what those people have to offer. A high I.Q. can be great ... but it's not everything. Be the best you possible and you will have lived a life of honor. Wishing you an amazing life!

how to listen: active listning: ask qns dont judge yourself based on what other ppl says to you. also dont judge if someone says something not meaningful take notes how to read: consider the cource of inbfo, age of the author, when they born if any kind drastic situation (war or somehting), where they born(small big city), gender, small -large published, when was it published this helps to understand if the content provided by the author is baised increase attention: learn to be comfortable in silence and with only yourself if you are able to sit at one place doing onething and time goes by and you dont even know it. means that you have the ability to focus in one thing. so you can take the capability and use it in other kind of jobs, and gradually improve your skill. know what you are eating: sugar and coffee for some ppl sugar works the best for some its the worse, same with coffee eg: programmers. there are heavey food like rice with meat, can be heavey on ppl on other hand eating chapari/roti can be lighter for someone. so always go for a light weight meal that at the sometime is fulfilling. developing proper mental syntax that you need in order to obserb information into really assimilate it to create higher-level thoughts. mental syntax: 1. good grammar, vocabulary [this is important because most ppl think in words], and this also helps to have very very precise thoughts. 2. music and maths (helps to think interms of systems and patterns) intellectual environment to live, silence not too much extraneous noise where you can be one with your thoughts. we are being told what to think by media, academia, employeers. Always think by yourself. find pattern from real-life things always do daydreams, they are the source of unique thoughts that has shaped the world. ppl change ppl surround yourself with great books

Diet has an effect on mental health. Studies show that a ketogenic diet can prevent Alzheimer’s. Though the ketogenic diet is easy to fail because of electrolyte deficiencies or not getting enough fat.

Some people are even going to the carnivore diet and finding great results. I cycle through going KETO for periods of time and other periods where I consume moderately higher percentages of carbs. I'm not advocating any certain diet for anybody. For myself, I find consuming less sugar certainly does make my mind even sharper. Some are also now referring to Alzheimer's as Type 3 diabetes. I won't go into the details (people can easily research/study this online) but I do find this quite interesting as well as the reasons why they are calling it this. Be well and I thank you for your comment and input.

Great advice! Some of the advice was somewhat expected, yet I absolutely loved the section about daydreams. Dream. Be authentic and be free, a contrarian, not for the sake of being one, but for the sake of developing your own individuality. This is, what I believe, the world needs now more than ever in a world of ever so fast developing ai and copycats emulating what works, seemingly afraid to be themselves and truly standing out. Thank you for your contribution and for helping us to become who we can be. I will most definitely check out some of your other videos! P.S. Your last sentence was truly wonderful. Let's add life to life together!

Great comment! Going inside and learning further and discovering even more about who we are through meditations, ponderings and day dreams can absolutely change our lives for the better. That process is never really finished since we change so gradually over time and our needs and strengths (hopefully) keep growing as well.

A little advice for people wanting to learn anything. Understanding can be viewed as a spectrum starting from an origin (not knowing anything) and extending indefinitely, e.g. understanding how to draw a straight line, then understanding what a line is in terms of sets, then what are sets and how are they defined, what are the axioms of sets and why are they self evident, but there is always more to learn and there will always be starting assumptions and once we observe the starting assumptions, things become really esoteric and philosophical, we start to go back to the meaning of the words that form assumptions, and realise words arise from and relate to concepts that exist, which we can observe (e.g. number, one self, two hands, 5 fingers). The deeper you go the more beautiful everything becomes.
