FIAT=FIX IT AGAIN TOMORROW lol i spent £1000 on my 2013 Lounge to get it to concourse condition its literally like a brand new car had everything done new tyres new brakes new exhaust new clutch new gearbox bearings , rear shocks replaced , service oil coolant all changed and i may be very lucky to get the £3 grand back that i paid for it , I want rid as now i have some weird steering issue where the car feels wobble in the corners so yeah not good especially when the car i used to own a 2011 i10 never had anything go wrong with it in years.

When my tie rod was seized on mine the mechanics used a welding torch to heat the metal and that made it loosen up so a good trick to know

That’s a £2750 car maybe. Still not convinced the minuscule saving with a previous Cat car from BCA worth it compared to Copart. As owner added own marks to it since and you tend to come across where was damaged as well. On to the next one.

Alex honestly for £55 I just get them refurbished professionally when that bad…add up your time and paint etc…it really ain’t worth doing yourself. Sometimes i swap the wheels for better ones…

That Blue and Me thing what a scam that was by Fiat they should never have had it put in such a stupid place , the module should have been in the boot behind a removeable plastic panel not behind the whole rear frame of the passenger side lol I've just left mine as is , my mechanic said not to worry as it would take probably a week to drain the battery flat so as long as i daily drive it i should be putting enough charge back into the battery me hopes lol

After deciphering your presentation, you did miss a point! I went out to the car, found out that you have to put the key tool next to the ignition barrel and turn the key. The key tool counts the number of turns. This was not pointed out in your video. Only to find that where the car is, I had no internet connection. I then had to drive the car to my boat where I have a Starlink connection, so I could access the internet. By which time key tool had timed out!

Also its not the whole gearbox that needs changing lol its only the Input bearings that need changing , though i had to pay £800 for a garage to do that with new clutch at same time

The Newer Fiat 500 post 2020 can take a good beating lol i had one as a hire car and thrashed the backside of it rallying it through Burnham Beeches forest near Slough , I loved how it drove so much i went and bought a 2013 version for £3 grand the problem is the 2013 versions are not reliable at all LOL gearbox and clutch i had to replace in the first week dealer gave me half the £800 in repairs back , then the rear shocks broke so they got replaced , just had to change coolant and oil and the cambelt is next on the list so im probably just going to get shot of it , 85 thousand is all its done but the previous owner never looked after it , I will be lucky to get £2 grand back sadly and its in a rare yellow colour with the Italian flags on the sides so it does look nice just a shame it is junk lol

Looks pretty good cosmetically apart from the kerb rash. . Be wary if you service it changing the oil. New 0W30 C2 oil can reveal/expose wear in the UniAir VVT unit (under the rocker cover.) If you have the MultiECUscan I would recommend NOT to do the Oil Change reset feature as from my experience with misfiring on a cold engine after oil change.

The interscope audio was a £250 option from Fiat, I specced it on my 1.2 sport when I bought it new. Looks like a bit of a bargain this one.

I like it, i like it a lot, 1400 quid is a very good deal as Edward said i would spend a bit of time painting the calipers and wheels which would really make them stand out on a white car.As for selling it's in very good condition what with the extras on the car like sound system, dual climate, electronic display and the service history, i think you could get just under 4k for it.

Replace nearside front alloy. Maybe commute in it and keep eye on oil. After a year can’t imagine it’s still golden. Need to do vid with MES recalibrating uniair post oil change. Do over 5k miles the car knows fresh oil and goes into limp mode. Happened on both Pandas I had. If don’t put 0w 30 C2/C3 oil in it will age pretty quickly and you’d get code for oil pressure sensor. Mine was gone after that. Had enough of it. £3k good price and cross your fingers 6 months goes by.

Those Diamond cut alloys are a nightmare they usually only put them on the Sport models , I have a lounge version and prefer the alloys on the lounge as they seem to be harder wearing and after 11 years no scrapes or chips on mine , Twin Air 500s im not a fan of as the turbo always has issues

As the car looks fault free I think I would spend a bit of time on wheels and callipers wich would make it pop .it will sell for looks desirable or not. 👍👍

Hi Alex have you tried putting a plastic flat tool down the top of radio when you are pulling radio out , just look for what appears to be the tightest bit ,seems to work for me
