Zip tie works as well , or if you have nothing else just cut a 1/4 " piece of the insulation and gently move it to the end. They all are helpful.

No you’re wrong. They are a business which provides a service in which we pay for. We the people need to stop giving half assed companies our money until they figure out how to make things the way they used to be. Don’t settle for horseshit

I also had a tire shop put tires on and they were drop off for a 944 and they cracked the rim on the back side and were denying they cracked it I went FU==ing nuts and said this car has seen over 130 and has my kids in it. thank God I saw this and they did not put the wheels on for me. That company does not exist any more. I think when he set up the machine he thought it was 14 not 15 inch and cracked it. tell me you Fu==ed up and we can fix it not send it out for some to get killed. The shop I now deal with for tires i know them and some times help them on my own tires so I know what I am getting. I went out and found a replacement rim and if I left it to them the would have put a 944 wheel not 951 turbo wheel that has a 1 inch off set.

If i can not fix it it is time for something new. Had an uncle in Pa complain after getting work done on his front end and did not live to get it fixed., something broke loose and he hit a small bridge and died on the way to the hospital at 33. I would have a law suit against this shop for this failure.

That life hack started long before I was born it's how people stole gas during the gas rationing days. Who knew these problems would return?

Remember there is always someone who is smarter than you! Work smarter not harder! Most importantly, do your own work!!! Don't pass it on to someone ELSE!!! Alot of the young Americans don't want to work they just want to be rich and be an influencer on the internet!!!

That generation of Ford pickups ate the best they ever built! I had one, over 200000 miles, used for a landscaping business pulling trailers and plowing snow all winter! It still has the original engine and transmission. Only so called major problem was the oil pan rotted away so it got a new one! Most of that generation had the same problem!
