If you have a 2016 ES model, THEN THIS COMMENT IS FOR YOU… PERTAINING TO THE RESET MAINTENANCE ISSUE. So what you want to do to reset your maintenance notification is push the start stop button once your cars electricity is on use your arrows on the right side of your steering wheel to scroll right all the way to setting Menu. In the setting Menu go down to Vehicle Settings, once clicked you will see Scheduled Maintenance and Oil Maintenance click which ever your trying to reset and once clicked it will say RESET then turn your car off and back on again and your maintenance needed issue should be fixed

The switches on the central console, near the ashtray, are for cruise control. The top one is to switch on/off the cruise control. The other one is for setting the cruise speed.

Lots of parts can be had for much cheaper using a Jag part number. There are a few bespoke parts such as the waterpump, but most of it comes from ford/jag/mazda parts bins.

The i6 DB7 is mostly Ford and Jaguar, parts can be had pretty reasonably priced. A good one wouldn’t cost any more to run than a mid range BMW. Their biggest issue is corrosion.

You wont find any on a USA convertible most likely from the south. In the UK its a bigger issue due to the climate since they are mostly hard tops which are driven in more diverse weather conditions.

@@JohnEngel may not be such an issue in the USA, I’m in good old England! Around the sills, under any plastic covers, the coupe went around the rear screen seal, obviously not an issue on yours. Rear arches can go too. If you need any parts, Google the Aston Martin part number but add Ford, or Jaguar, or Mazda to the end of it and you could save yourself a fortune. I was nearly tempted by an i6 coupe a few years ago for £17,000. They have bottomed out in the UK, you can get a really good one for less than £20k.

Just a small tip, once it's in service mode, you don't actually have to spin the rear calipers back, you can just use a compressor or channel locks!
