It's so crazy how people can think this life is cool, good or in any way desirable. It's dysfunction, self-destructive, ugly and cringe af. It's a world within a world within a world, subculture of a subculture. He is reassuring people to feel safe all while everyone is muggin and trying to look/act tough. Just a surreal existence that couldn't be further from mine. I live near Oakland and anytime I drive through it, people don't even know how to drive, it's dangerous, dirty and super negative vibes. Meanwhile my family lives across the country, in a town with the lowest crime in the state, a fraction of a percentage. It's also 98% white, which says something. Has nothing to do with skin color but culture, and what you hold as important or meaningful. This is not sincerity, it's facade and playing a part. In our souls, we're all the same, beyond culture.
