I realize that this is a show, but that said, pizza is the safest thing to eat in a sus situation like this because pizza is cooked at 600° F and all bathroom germs would be killed in the oven.

Pretty easy to debunk this. He left, went 20 feet to the kitchen sink and washed his hands there. Its probably better soaps, larger sink area, higher water pressure, and no one peeing and pooing around him....

Seinfeld yes! Friends? No. I'd say Seinfeld, King of Queens and Everybody Loves Raymond were the best slice of life sitcoms ever made. They were hilarious and relatable.

People actually do this. Not wash their hands on not wash them properly. It’s disgusting and they should be brought out to the back alley and beaten.

Although. Most employees wash their hands in the kitchen. Sink usually has better soaps, is cleaner, larger area, higher water pressure. So pretty reasonable to assume if he went out without washing there, he just did it in the kitchen sink. Its a bit of a stretch to just assume he never washed.

Jerry's horror is probably not just because of the pizza that was just offered but also the realization that he has previously eaten Apple pie that was probably prepared in an unsanitary way judging by her earlier reaction to that.

Thanks for the comment. Many of my students make this case for Poppie. However, law usually requires employees to wash hands before leaving the restroom, and he did most likely touch quite a few things on his way out including the door knob and his clothes and hair. Just my thoughts. Cheers

Here in Canada I called out a guy who didn't wash his hands. Also, he shouldn't have had his apron on in the bathroom.

A funny ending to this episode could have been if Jerry finally confronted Poppy about not washing his hands, and Poppy says “What are you talking about? I washed my hands in the kitchen sink!”
