What I like most about the Pegasus deck is that it has both funny monsters like the toons and nightmarish monsters like the Relinquished.

Pegasus did use that card to turn kaibas blue eyes white dragon into a cartoon 😂

Yeah it's funny when seto kiaba says no you've stripped him of his pride and it's also funny when yami says you're twisted Pegasus you take pride in creating such a monster

This, and Bandit Keith's theme, are the two tracks I remember fondly even after a decade and more since watching the original season. Both tracks, uh, *track* really well for both of them. Toon World starts very upbeat, silly, and happy, and then the creepy undertones set in; hidden behind the veneer of colorful, cartoonish fun, to remind us that for all his goofy and playful nature, Pegasus is twisted by grief and depression into a monster. What I like about these cards is that even though the toon monsters are cute and funny, they really are powerful, without a good strategy it's practically impossible to defeat them (in my opinion)
