I have enjoyed watching her transformation of the apartment on her own channel. I confess to being deeply envious of the space at that rent....until I got a better look at her kitchen and bathroom. Thank you. Really. Seeing how small and almost inaccessible they were reminded me that most affordable Manhattan apartments require some compromise. Still, I think she's doing a fabulous job with her space.

lovely home but this is so badly filmed? hand held and moving the whole time, find it really distracting. I've seen a video of this flat on a different channel and it's much better quality and wider shots.

I guess we all have different views on High/ Low. Goodwill is more my reference point for "low" --and I love finding a bargain there. (You referenced Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware as the low end.) That said, I love the kids' rooms. Very nice, and, yes, I think that the decor --especially in the older daughter's room will last through the elementary years.
