Very inspiring and informative vid. I have to add that you don’t look a day older than when I first started watching you! ❤

I found this video purely by chance as I wanted to find a way to strain my broth. Your video was really informative and uplifting. I’m transitioning from a year of trauma and I’m becoming impatient with myself. I thank you for indirectly helping me see I need give myself time.

I got Tretinoin from my doctor for my rosacea about a month or two ago. My first time trying it, I did experience iritation and peeling (I used more than I should've haha). I haven't really used it sense. I talked to a nurse too and was still confused after the call. After watching this video, I want to make sure I understand the instructions. I put small pea sized pieces of Tretinoin on areas of my face, massage it in and follow it up with a moistureizer shortly after applying the Tretinoin (?) Then the following morning I put on SPF? I just want to make sure I have this information correct. Thanks!

You're really wrong about this. You live in a world where you have chosen to surround yourself with people in this industry who elect to have botox and surgery. I can honestly say that NO ONE in my life or family has gotten Botox or surgery - let this be a reminder of your own life style, your career and the choices you have made. You arent a dying breed. You are in your own hellish echo chamber.

Thank you for making this video. I know I’m just a stranger from the internet, but I’d like to let you know that you are an extremely brave and strong soul, and I just want to give you a big hug❤ I’m amazed by your journey and also how well articulated you are! Even though it’s a tough topic to listen to, it’s also much easier to understand and relate, because of how well you explain things.

Hello, have you tried using the black sesame seed paste topically to darken gray hair?
@CreepyRecordings4 күн бұрын
My skin is a bit lighter than yours, I struggled to find a tinted spf that suited my skin. Most tinted SPF for some reason tend to be darker, maybe because they aim it towards people who sunbathe? I have no idea! However the only one I found to be in light color and also has a very nice thin dewy glowy texture is the ISDIN Fotoprotector FusionWater COLOR light. I like it so much that I even use it at night outs as a light tint because I do not wear any makeup and I am a guy! Please give it a try you will love it!

damn I wish I could use it but my skin is very dry and unfortunately very thin and my most problematic area is around the eyes/eye lids but I can't use it there. I can't even use A313. I tried but it dried my skin and eyes sooo much I almost looked as if I aged 10 years 🙁🙁🙁

No one ever talks about the side effects other than "purging". I had sharp aching joint pain in my legs as well as sharp pains in my face and hands. At first, I was unsure if it was in fact the tretinoin 0.025 that caused these side effects. I had been using it for 3 weeks at the time. I stopped, waited a month and tried again... I tried 3 separate times with the same outcome, unfortunately. After doing much research, these side effects can in fact occur. Others have complained of these side effects as well... Feeling like you have the flu or you're coming down with something. Please take these side effects into consideration when trying this product!

Hi would love your thoughts on facial exercises that are meant to firm your skin. I have sensitive skin that cannot tolerate tretronin regardless the tiny amounts I have used or tried to use over the years. I most recent tried at 40 and it gave me Rosacea so need to figure out how to tighten and preserve facial skin. Tia!

I've just started turning walking into a habit recently. I used to drive around for a change of scenery, but I've since moved to a very different area than I'm used to with walkways and parks to enjoy in the fresh air. Watching your video has reinforced the value of this habit and I'm looking forward to intergrating it with my daily life even more often! Thank you, Jennifer. :)

I use retin A and Botox. My face my choice and it’s not a bad thing to do. The tretinoin does not stop muscle contraction and I want that. Botox stops the movement a little or a lot depending what you want and this in turn prevents lines from forming.
