Regarding the 10-day chicken embryo : I noticed ( in the same batch of eggs) that some of the embryos look normal but others are surrounded by blood and even the embryo skin is red -looks like is full of blood. Why is that ? thanks

Each egg will take different hours to develop completely... All the eggs are not of same age... So one may see different stages of development... Or it may be that some eggs or embryos will not develop properly... In the end that embryo will die before hatching...

@@DKBiosolutions i thought it was about a kind of disease of the hen or because the food of the hen - the embryo seems to be full of blood. and it has no life- not any movement- but it has at least 50% of the size of a healthy embryo .

We have used a bicycle spoke to arrange the popsicle sticks together... Also you can see beads in between them to create space between each popsicle stick....

Thank you 🙏... Initial two drops are mostly diluting fluid from the RBC pipette, so need to discard to get properly mixed blood and diluting fluid....

Yeah... It the normal speed 150rpm... But it's not that good for DNA model to use... It should be very slow while rotating... I should have tried using speed controller... May be in next DNA model I will use it...
