5 years later...did you learn NOT to share your physical address on the world wide web? Also, the only and absolute sure way to check if it's an original first pressing or a Russian knock off made to look like a first pressing is to lookup the matrix/runout code on "discogs". Sometimes they are even 2nd, 3rd, etc. pressings that were manufactured around the same time as the 1st. It's rather fun really, to look up your discs using discogs. Lastly, who cares if the jewel cases are cracked or not, as long as the artwork is perfectly intact and undamaged, cases can be replaced. I go to thrift stores and buy. 50 cent cds just for the cases to replace the broken cases I get from online sellers. A lot of the time I find SEALED crappy educational cds for kids that nobody wants and I open em up, throw away the disc and keep the jewel case...all for around .50 cents give or take.

do you know what sounds even better? the original vinyl !! but this cd is from 1990, so 5 years before the "loudness war" startet, so it is mastered very well, too.

do you know how I see if it is original or not? I open the audio with Audacity and just look at it!!! if it is compressed and brickwalled to death it is the 2004 version^

Was your booklet gray or silver? I bought it new and mine was silver (shiny), but yours looked kinda gray instead of silver. Like maybe a record club (Columbia House or BMG, but BMG wouldn't have a barcode I don't think)...but it's still before they made the cover black after it went gold

CD and booklet are original, I have an unopened SFSGSW that I opened, got it years ago at record store, it’s original but they recasted it with that clear jewel case

Hey guys, just wanted to mention that the Peace Sells 25th Anniversary Edition from 2011 is the original mix remastered and is NOT remixed like the 2004 Remix/Remastered editions.

The lack of a PA-Explicit Lyrics sticker was my first concern.

I have 2 copies of that CD and one of them has a sticker from the 80s. The cassette also has an old Parental Advisory sticker. I also just got the original pressing on vinyl.

I have 3 copies of that CD. If I find another one, I am buying it because it is worth it.

I got a rust in piece from back in the day. My cd is red not only the Megadeth logo. But all lettering is red from the capital logo, and all else print you see on the cd face is RED every letter or word is in RED. I never seen their versions I thing both these guy's have something other than the original release.

I got that one and the other one with the yellow text.

I got that version, and now I have a version from 1987 with These Boots. I also bought a bundle of all of Megadeth's 8 CDs from capitol records for $25 on ebay, amazing deal. That is also kind of a steal too, because a lot of those cds are worth a lot more.
