Bought no insurance. Was too costly. Minimum 7-8k if you want to buy a genuine one.

No need of sleeping bags. Blankets will be provided. Food is costly. Stay is cheap..

Kathmandu se lukla sirf kuch samay ke liye flight chalti hai...apko ramechap se lukla ki flight pakadni padegi. Ramechap Kathmandu se 4 ghante dur hai.. Local tour guide ka contact bhi hai. But wo apko call par 2500 INR batayega ek din ka. Better hai aap lukla pahunch kar local kisi admi se baat karein. Vaise bhi guide compulsory nai haii.

भूटान बहुत मंहगा है भारतीय के लिए सोने की कीमते अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर तय होती है भूटान इतना अमीर नही है कि सस्ता सोना बेच सके वहां सोने की खदान भी नही है

Absolutely. Take your time. Start your trek at 6 and end between 3-4 everyday. All problems solved .😄
