@@manjushasharma382 you can get the floor wise registration done only if your plot is in a Deen Dayal colony. For other than Deen Dayal minimum plot size is 180 sq yards for independent floor registration.

Ye if your plot falls on 10 meter or above wide road then you can make S+4. By taking noc from both side neighbours.

@@manjushasharma382 yes you can make Stilt+4 floors but only have to take NOC from your neighbour plot owners. Also if your colonies layout is sanctioned with 18 PPP then there is no requirement of NOC also. Noc is only required if your colony falls in a 13.5 ppp model.
