This gives me such hope for my grandson. He does not speak and is 3 years old. He is just starting to make some sounds. He does go to speech therapy so I am being very hopeful.

My daughter is 2.5 and has Apraxia. It’s been so rough for my wife and I not being able to hear her talk. But watching this journey gives us hope.

I cannot tell you how inspiring this is to a Dad who's 2.5-year old is early in this journey.

My 4 yr old grandson was just diagnosed with apraxia and we all just thought he was a slow speaker :( Now my son wishes he put him in speech so much sooner - Since he has been going (6 months) we have seen progress and I so hope it continues! Thank you for these videos because I have never heard of this before.

My son has just been diagnosed a few months ago. He is so intelligent it makes me sad some days he can't articulate himself the way he wants to. The journey is long and you need to be committed. Consistency is key. They will strive with the right support

My son used to get so frustrated when we couldn't understand him.. he's not 11 years old and his speech therapists say he no longer needs therapy .. u can't even tell he ever had speech aproxia .. the speech therapy worked wonders and his hard work paid off

I was watching a video of this therapist that says they have devices that they put in the child’s mouth to help them make the right sounds and make their mouths make the right movements for speech. It’s amazing. I think it’s called Kaufman.

I am totally unsure what this clients objectives and goals are since you're focusing on so many different goals. How come you arn't using correct modelling all the time or I am missing something?

This is beautiful! I'm so glad to see you've uploaded more videos. I wanted to attend the training in Oakland, but I wasn't able to attend. I hope you bring more trainings out here soon. I'm also planning on buying your video trainings soon. This is so helpful for those of us who aren't SLPs who work with kids with language disorders. I work with kids with ASD, and when I first saw Kaufman cards I thought they were just weird, until I saw how much using them can help my kids! Thank you so much!
