Normally I do this breathing session at home, preferably in the morning before starting my day. Today Îm at the airport, my flight is heavily delayed. So Îve just did this session at the airport - I thought it will be difficult, but this was amaising! What about you? When are you making it? And where? What was the most weird place yoûve managed to do a breathing session?

I really like these long breaths. I have never met something like that before. In combination with the music it's something really amazing. I'm looking forward to 40 breaths and 4 and 5 rounds for 3:00 and 3:30 accordingly😉😘

Strange, I never had ad here. May be in different countries it works different. I practice with this video in Germany

I'm sorry to hear that ads are popping up. Unfortunately that is outside of my control, since this is a free KZfaq account it seems that I can't disable the ads...

Agreed, they pop up multiple times during the breath holds. Otherwise, it’s a great guided video.

Love this sessions! I just don’t manage to reach 2.30, only 2.15 max. Hope this can be trained with time?

yes if you are not sick or anything it can, I am a smoker and have been doing the shorter excercises for a year, thought 2:30 is a stretch but with these longer breaths in between (and if you stick to them - I sometimes rush a bit) you should be able to do it - I think I was able to do it in matter of days. I am also doing only cold showers for 2-3 years maybe? But I am not sure if that has an impact.
