𝗪𝗶𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝗳 Guided 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲
● 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝟭: 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲
Assume a meditation posture: sitting, lying down - whichever is most comfortable for you. Make sure you can expand your lungs freely without feeling any constriction.
● 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝟯𝟬 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀
Inhale deeply through the nose or mouth, and exhale unforced through the mouth. Fully inhale through the belly, then chest and then let go unforced. Repeat this 30 times. You may experience light-headedness, and tingling sensations in your fingers and feet. These side effects are completely harmless.
● 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵
After the last exhalation, inhale one final time. Then let the air out and stop breathing. Hold until the timer has finished, or when you feel the urge to breathe again.
● 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵
When you feel the urge to breathe again, draw one big breath to fill your lungs. Feel your belly and chest expanding. Hold your breath for around 15 seconds, then let go.
That completes round number one. This cycle is repeated 3 times without interval. After having completed the breathing exercise, take your time to relax. This calm state is highly conducive to meditation - feel invited to do so if you like.🤍

I really like these long breaths. I have never met something like that before. In combination with the music it's something really amazing. I'm looking forward to 40 breaths and 4 and 5 rounds for 3:00 and 3:30 accordingly😉😘

Normally I do this breathing session at home, preferably in the morning before starting my day. Today Îm at the airport, my flight is heavily delayed. So Îve just did this session at the airport - I thought it will be difficult, but this was amaising! What about you? When are you making it? And where? What was the most weird place yoûve managed to do a breathing session?

Love this sessions! I just don’t manage to reach 2.30, only 2.15 max. Hope this can be trained with time?

yes if you are not sick or anything it can, I am a smoker and have been doing the shorter excercises for a year, thought 2:30 is a stretch but with these longer breaths in between (and if you stick to them - I sometimes rush a bit) you should be able to do it - I think I was able to do it in matter of days. I am also doing only cold showers for 2-3 years maybe? But I am not sure if that has an impact.
