Blackjack Racing test new setup for No Prep Kings | James Daniels

After swapping out the nitrous set up for a Vortech Supercharger, the guys from Blackjack Racing team came to test out the new setup on our hub dyno. The Mustang is sporting our FT550 EFI System, CDI Racing Ignition Coils, EGT-4 Can, Peak & Hold PRO Injector Driver, and the FT Oil & Fuel Filter.
James Daniels, driver of the '67 Supercharged Mustang, plans to chase down the competition this season of Street Outlaws No Prep Kings as well as some other N/T races.

Nice to see someone actually doing their own thing and not following the herd. That's often how you find the next big thing! Vortech might even be better than pro charger! There's only one way to find out and that's to line 'em up!! Is the plan to put zoomies on that thing? I think you should as they've actually been proven to assist in keeping the front end down. Love the car though! Looking forward to seeing make some rips at NPK!!

I was wondering why the header pipes (exhaust) seem a bit small(to me). How do you determine the size?

I can tell you right now there making one mistake by not running zoomies there missing out on all that down force and thrust!!! But damn I love that body style Mustang!!!

@@Bigwhit22I would just keep these around, slice the end on an angle, and double slit fit a bullhorn on those suckers. It makes more power with the collector… can get some downforce with the horn. At least that way you can do a back to back… track doesn’t lie

It doesn't make enough horsepower for downforce to be a factor but they do look and sound better

@@dakotaautosales9673what’s up brother? You’re right, everyone thinks you gain this magic weight on the front from zoomies. It’s nowhere near the amount people think. And a lot of cars run way better with a collectors. I’ve seen people switch to zoomies and lose a few numbers… they are cool though if built and tucked right!
