3:11 Hey man so to bleed the cooling system you just have to leave the vehicle running for 30-45 minutes and just keep the coolant at the proper level? Can you give me a better explanation, I have an 84 cutlass and can’t find anything on how to bleed the cooling system, and my car doesn’t have ac/heater so im lost, thank you so much

@StillStandingGarageАй бұрын
Check that your timing is correct first. Oh, and make sure that your ignition system is in good working order. After this checks out, you can tune your carb. If it's been a while since the carb has been rebuilt, it might be a good idea to rebuild it.
@fernandoh.2609Ай бұрын
@@StillStandingGarage OK I will give it a try. The carburetor is a rebuilt carburetor probably about a year old. I am pretty sure that ignition system is in good working order because it has brand new spark plugs brand new wires brand new cabin rotor so I don’t know what would be causing this issue.

I appreciate the videos carnal 👌💯 been alot from your vids I have the same car and engine v6 Most car of tht year have a whole bunch of vacuum lines your engine bay is real nice and clean. How were you to able make it look like tht Did you ditch all the vacuum lines? With that set up that you have see you have new intake and carb setup Because its a hassle trying to route vacuum line and find leaks and try to tune it Or hopefully you can make a vid of the process of how you did that the pros and cons i guess you can say tht Because if tht helps the performance in the car, ill ditch all the line amd do the same setup up as you did
@StillStandingGarageКүн бұрын
It was as simple as removing all the vacuum lines and upgrading to an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and manifold. Since installing these, I haven't had any issues at all. It's a reliable setup.
