The Hop Up dial doesn't sound like "crick" when you screw it??

would you know why my agm m14 isnt shooting in semi its basically brand new but it only shot semi for about 1 mag

Omg I tried to get the gearbox out for about 35 minutes before I found this video. Lightly taped it on my bench and it came out with ease spring plate thing shot off in every direction right as I got to the part in the video saying to be careful of this happening 😅 Thanks for the video seems like some of these replicas are made without thinking about the maintenance that goes into keeping them functional.

mine only fires semi auto. the selector switch just freely rotates but does nothing.

14:20. Did exactly that and the nozzle broke off and flew across the room. Why is that? Can that happen if the spring is too strong? I put m110 SHS spring in there, but could have sent me the wrong one or something, or I could have installed the nozzle wrong?

What would cause the aeg to fire when the selector is moved from semi to auto? I suspect a short but I'm having trouble tracing it. It sometimes bursts but it's not consistent. Almost like a wire is brushing against another and sometimes taps whatever it is contacting.

once you remove the top plate use a vise grip or a clamp to hold the trigger in place coz that part is a pain to install

Does anyone know if this works with LCT aks like the LCT AK74M? Oh. And this is so much easier than what I thought. Do I have to mess around with the gears if I’m JUST replacing the spring? Because I’d be doing this on a brand new gun.

Tbh, you need to open your gun to clean the barrel. You don't want any if the depree getting in the gearbox. Upgrading the gearbox however is at your own risk.

If your trigger fell apart like mine did theres supposed to be a screw holding it to the gearbox housing that most manufacturers miss

What the hell is the mm of the bushing. I've been trying to find out for my cyma ak. I can't find it out anywhere. I lost one of mine when trying to put In a new springs and it shot all the gears and stuff around my room. I just couldn't find that one dumb bushing. It was so annoying and I've been trying to fix my ak47 that I've have dumbed so much money on for the last 6 months

Hey maybe you guys can help me? my gun was not firing at all, fuse is fine. took gun apart and cleaned trigger contacts now it fires, ok cool. put gear box back into outer shell loosely selector switch works fine. once its all tight it will only go into semi and get stuck. will not go into full auto what am I doing wrong? the little stub under the cutoff lever broke is this the issue?

You should always glue the bushings in if they aren't so tight that they are mechanically locked in place. I have seen several gearboxes ruined by un-glued bushings. What happens is that the bushings start rotating in the mounting hole, causing wear to the hole. This widens the hole, and this upsets gear center distances and cause gears to strip. You have to replace the entire gearbox shell if this happens.
