I've also found that if you have Alsa at M+ and use the Crescent Spell artifact, it's pretty insane damage. This is what I've found to be the best comp for this boss as well as the frog. Thorin Smokey (M+) Odie (M+) Alsa (M+) Koko (M+) Technically, I have all these characters are Supreme +, but it's not necessary to get the most out of this team. You get a ton of damage out of the artifact as well as the faction bonus to put out some absurd numbers.

Use your korin insted of Kruger because kruger not doing much in thst com sincd miralee deals true damage and oddie deals magic damage so kruger is giving only the faction bonus intead of him use korin you will deal more damage

Sometimes using a Thoran in these cases can also help with the damage output and the debuffing, ive had a more use from thoran in skyclops than kruger(If hes below m+)

The 90k gems or w/e is required to force s+ on a rate up banner character are way too hard to save up in my opinion so might as well keep them for something a lot more impressive than alsa.

You are safe to use gold in everywhere equipment upgrade artifacts upgrade (including Market)until weapon 200 and lower if you are beginner or in New Seasons, after that you have to be careful and wisely use the gold coz 2 equipment upgrade will cost you 1 Million gold. It drains quickly.I have around 20 million before the new season and now I still have 22 millions, all artifacts +14 and all equipment +230(some are 270,from the chest). Gold drain quickly in high level. Peace !

I found the same on my first server in the first season, as I upgraded as soon as I could. I was stuck for gold for a few days to make equipment. On my second server having rerolled, I only upgraded at 240 after about 190 resonance. At 240 I had 20M gold after getting equipment, and 34M after the remaining materials were converted. Only upgrade equipment when you can no longer progress, and even then, only if you gain quite a few levels (+20 for me I think, unless it's a really key equipment piece).
