All 1125 AFK stages are completed with just one comp: Front - Thoran (or any other strong tank) Right behind the tank - Hewynn or Smokey (or any good healer) Right behind the healer - Rowan To the left and right from - Cecia (great AOE) + Odie (amazing single-target DMG) Thoran lasts long enough for Rowan feed everyone with energy, Healer starting to heal very early and if it's Smokey feeds more energy. Cecia releases her minion to district enemies from the tank while Odie laying some serious dmg and it's a never ending cycle of energy and dmg. The key component for your tank to be tanky enough to soak up enough dmg until Rowan uses his very first ult. You have the entire team built up but you have stronger Flora than Cecia. So try just replacing Cecia with Flora and you should be all good.

The best positioning for a stall team is rarely front and center; setting your heroes back buys you an extra sec and if you distribute the dmg between ~flora's 1st summon & antandra for the first few hits things go a lot smoother. It takes a few secs for Flora to cast her first summon at the start of battle. Same goes for Odie stick him and koko into deep corner pockets and use a tank + someone who can soak up a couple hits in front (ie ceci is very good at taking hits). Antandra or Brutus then taunt drawing agro away from your weaker unit. I love Antandra, cleared all my afk stages with her at ~L+. Taunt, knockback, damage reduction she is imo best tank in the game for pve content. Nice vid!

use brutus instead, he will survive longer then antandra, the main drawback of him its he runs fast into the enemy lines so in stages where they have smokie as healer you want to fight outside the healing range and he is not ideal for that, but think the power of your wallet can make it work
