All resorts can accommodate 20 members depending on the availability but I think arthigamaya will be the best suit for you as it's on the kudle beach and have all other amenities as well.

Hello, unfortunately they don't provide meals in the package although they have restaurant you can order there also there are multiple eateries at the beach with a variety of options
