Something is wrong here. At 10:37 it mentions the Indian elephants were thought to be larger and stronger than the African elephants. This isnt consistent with fact. Indian elephants are much smaller than African Elephants. However African elephants are much more wild and uncontrollable. African elephants were therefor not preferred in battle.

3:33 "The family of al bayt" is a false translation of "Ahl al bayt" : the people of the house. meaning the family of the prophet (saws).

Basil II is the eptiome of a true monarch, strong, brave, clever, resilient, dominant and visionary. He was so invested into expanding and prospering Byzantine empire that he couldn't marry and leave a male heir to his otherwise amazing feats of achievements...

Some dates of note: 632 Mohammed dies, Muslim expansionism begins 634-636 conquer Byzantine-Christian Syria 635 conquer Byzantine-Christian Jerusalem 641-642 conquer Christian Egypt 647 conquer Christian Tunisia 652 conquer Christian Sicily 654 attack Christian Crete 674 besiege Constantinople (in Anatolia - modern day Turkey) 682 conquer Morocco 7th century - East African slave trade begins (Muslims enslave and traffic Africans, finally ended by the British Empire in 1918 following the defeat of the Muslim Ottoman Empire which sided with Germany in world war 1 and declared jihad on the West) 711 conquer Christian Spain (which they continued to colonise and occupy parts of until finally expelled in la Reconquista of 1492) 720s/730s - attack the Pyrenees, including Christian Switzerland and Christian France (up to Tours) 846 - attack Rome 1095- First crusade to retake holy land The popular understanding of The Crusades in the West is that they involved barbaric, violent Christians invading the peaceful and enlightened Islamic world. Films like Kingdom of Heaven and Mankind: The Story of Us reinforce this narrative. But the truth is the reality of the Crusades is much, much different. In fact, it's the polar opposite. In this video Bob of Speaker's Corner explains why The Crusades were not only morally justified, but were also a historic achievement

It’s becoming a rather common belief that this battle never actually occurred as zero evidence had ever been found to back it up , except a few Roman exaggerations in history .
