I think one problem apart from demographics (more retired oldies and less young people working comparatively) is really the amount of unneccessary checks and procedures which cost so much money.. e.g. my young bouyfriend did a health check and they told him he might have cholesterol and he has a bad lung. sent him to a specialist. they did extensive testing to find out he has nothing, the tests the GP did were just absolutely wrong and badly performed... this has happened in my circle of people multiple times. completely unneccesary procedures were done, medications prescribed for things which are either not there or not fixable.

What if you are filing tax return for 2 years, for 1.5 years tax class was 1 and then changed to 3. Which one we should mention in the tax return? Kindly advise.
