I loved your KZfaq channel and after I watched this video of yours, I still didn’t understand why eating disorder’s can occur if food is so necessary. Years have passed and I fell under the same slippery slope. Recovery is the most dreadful thing I have experienced but I must remember everyday and every morning can always be better than the last.

This is so touching and so inspiring, I have just recently went through an eating disorder summer of 2021 and I’m still recovering now, the same exact thing happened to me. I was in the hospital for a week with an extremely low heart rate and my heart almost stopped, got transferred to inpatient care, went to partial, went to a shorter partial, and now I’m almost all done! Also, to anyone who has or is going through an eating disorder, YOU GOT THIS!!! FIGHT THE VOICE, IT’S NOT WHO YOU REALLY ARE!!! KEEP DOING THE THINGS YOU LOVE!!! STAY STRONG!!!
