Sena need to sort their act out. They only have one job. Comms! I ride with 3 other guys. We all have the latest Sena headsets. We spend loads of frustrating time before a ride, trying to get them to talk to one another. When they eventually decide they want to play together the sound is poor. Drumming, clicking, robot voices etc...Most of these issues are well documented on your official forum for over 10 years. Irony is I used use a cheap Chinese one for a few years and never had an issue. Please fix your issues and release firmware. Ohh, the app is cr&p too. Will not create a group from known paired headsets.🤬

Why would the mic be on the front of the helmet.?; It looks like the speakers aren't close to the ears.

the sena/neotec 3 does not fit properly. I bought a neotec 3 and sena. had them dealer installed. i got home and tested it out. when i took it off, the trim pieces all popped out. went back to the dealer had them reinstall and the same thing happened again. turns out theres an entire Reddit page dedicated to how mis-designed it is. The dealer that "doesnt take helmet returns" actually offered me a helmet return lol. They said neotec2 and sena was much better

Has anyone been able to successfully update firmware on one? I just bought it and tried the wifi option. It says it updated, then the home screen says it still has version 2.1 that it came preinstalled with and prompts me to update firmware after I just did. FAIL. Connecting it to a computer was a far worse experience. I tried 3 Macs and 2 PCs. NONE will even identify it as connected. Yes, I followed instructions. I LOVE the sound quality but damn, this firmware update things is maddening. I give up. #senabluetooth

I bought a Sena helmet a couple of weeks ago and yes, the sound is amazing, BUT it is the most uncomfortable helmet I've seen in the whole world, the cushions are rigid, the cushions on the cheeks are horrible putting unnecesary pressure. Unfortunately I bought it and had it shipped overseas and the cost for me to return it is like half the helmet price. The plastic of the visor seems cheap and I would not recommend it.

Hello i just got a Sena Spider ST1 and im having a problem with communicating with my friends. 1st off the Microphone does not work. Ive tried using both microphones provided and it doesnt pick up any sound. Secondly, i can barley hear my friends when they talk. Like its super quiet. Ive tried soft and hard resetting the Unit but it still doesnt work. Anyone having a similar problem or know a solution?

Cruiseman Vlogs are boring and unappealing and he steal's many Idea's from Caliente. I have nothing but Sena products for Years but will move on to Cardo from here on out.
