You are right and ,they made 😮it harder because if you do not get it to turn it will not drop. They put bars on each side. lol I do win figures and plush toys for parents and kids .

The rubber band one is hard. I think you’re supposed to try to get it from the corner of the box to scoop it out but it’s hard to get the hit

@1:34 our machines in City of Industry go hella fast too. I’ve seen in other states they actually slow down every few turns. They’re trying to rob us lol

Its not glitched. It's just poorly setup. You could've asked staff to check it for you and they'll actually give you the figure as well as a couple free plays too once they set it up correctly. The figure is supposed to fall as soon as it got to almost the end because the claw can't push anymore. It doesn't matter if it don't go down all the way. The bar was set wrong that was the issue.
