totally agree. just finished my rebel 250 kit from bcb. every piece was top notch quality, engineered well fit perfect, i now have a bobber thats done and safe. to source these parts and modify them if needed would have saved money. but to follow good instructions and be done in a good long day is worth it to me. give them a try.

Might just try this, did just fine a cheap Harley z90. Sadly even if it is clean you can't trust people, always get a video of your agreement. Helped me the last time someone reported a car stolen for insurance fraud.

The float bowl screws (top side cover also) are jis (Japanese industry standard) not Phillips exactly. Get an appropriate size jis bit is a better way to go. Impact will work with #2 phillip. Your call

How did you get the muffler to line-up straight , when the end of the header turns in ? With a very loose connection I bet.

FYI. I just recently lost the only key to my Suzuki VS1400 I just bought recently. Called a locksmith and ask if I took the ignition key switch to him could he make a key. He said yes so I met him at a supermarket. He drove like a oversized van with a mobile shop. Here's the part that may piss you off or make you kinda chuckle. That switch you took off has a black strip on one edge of it. I seen it , my bike has too. There's numbers barely visible on purpose that is the code for that switch. He said he can run that code and have a key made in 5-10 minutes. His system was down and not responding so he took my switch apart and could still made me two keys that also worked the gas cap , helmet lock , sissy bar tool box slick as a whistle in 20 minutes. For his time and two keys...15 bucks. That's a hell yeah moment

I agree with this Video. I am doing a Suzuki C90T bobber kit from BCB. A tribute bike for my brother who served in the Army in the early 70's in Korea during the Vietnam era. I will post a video when finished. They have strong easy to install parts.

Help… I got turn signals and fog lights off eBay. And I put all the wires correctly I belive.. I put blue with blue green with green and black with black.. and when I turn the left signal on the right one blinks insted. I hope I dint mix up the wires.

I got a part off eBay and even tho I switch the blue wires they still are opposite. If I turn the left one on the right one turns on insted

Hi, so I bought the same headlight and I noticed it only has a red wire and green wire with connecting prongs. There is not 3 wires like I've seen on other models. Can you show how you get the turn signals to work off only those 2 wires, and I know one is DRL's, so really how does it operate with one wire?

Just got led turn signals for my 03 sportster. Noticed the colors on the new ones are different color than the old ones.

What if the bike has a lien thats 7+ years old? The "statue of limitations" is over so idk how that works.

You get registration in vermount then you take the registration papers to the dmv in Florida as long as its in your name you can register it and you will get a title deed.. i did this with a car from new Hampshire with no title

My bike I got second hand and there no turn signals at all, I’m purchasing the original turn signals and I am writing this. I have not much experience in wiring up a bike, but I have an understanding of the wiring except the front turn signals, my bike is a 1988 fxstc hd and I’ve had it since 2016 but it has been sitting since 2017, looking forward to getting this right

@kazumamishima1091 The idle adjusment is kind of hidden, look in between the carbs. It should be closer to the left side of the carburators. It has lines going vertically around the whole entire head of the screw. Clockwise is to get the idle higher, get the bike warm and slowly turn it, you will hear the idle change

Hi there i have a 2017 Honda CRF 250L and trying to install an OEM front turn signal on the bike... the OEM is a 3 wire system(green,red,black wires)... Honda harness Right side has green,blue and blue/white wires and the Left side has green,orange and orange/white... kindly help me out which wires should be connected to which.Big thanks.

Erm ... tear it all way down and remove all rubber to side and needed soak it carb cleaner 1 -gal cleaner kit! REASON: just 1 little piece them black dust spots will plug up your new jets.. ! at minium i would wash it in carb cleaner or soap water.. like purple power.. dam.. i see alot debris.. ! cant afford it/ luv sonic cleaner though
