Really glad to hear it - thanks for watching! - I do have one video where I showcase 10 different hotels/villas, so you could take a look at that (It's called: I visit 9 INSANE Hotels in Bali) - Ah, yes, homestays. Generally, we just find them on regular booking sites. And I get the confusion, now that I think about it. It's not like it's a specific 'type' of accommodation, and there's no way to sort for it, if that makes sense. It usually just a small family business, where they have built some basic hotel rooms they rent out. Some places have only a few, some many. Some will have homestay in the name of their place, but not all. Usually though, the rooms will be pretty basic - and in turn the prices are not so expensive (and you'll be supporting a local family too). I've shot most of these videos on my Fujifilm cameras (x-t3 and x-t4), GoPro 10 and my iPhone. I use Davinci Resolve to edit the videos. I believe the effects for the vertical bits are a mix of several effects, a 'film matte' that makes the shape and then some grain, blurs and whatever else I might have dropped in - and then just layered to make it look how I wanted it :) Hope it's a little helpful, and enjoy your Bali trip!

Hi, no, it's not true. You can pay with cash in Copenhagen. It's essentially required by law that shops accept cash (some street markets etc. don't have to though). It's just that not a lot of Danes use cash anymore.

It's beautiful and not so busy - but pretty cold 😅 And probably quite rainy. So depends on what you're looking to do. In Winter, I recommend tying in more museum and indoor activities (compared to summertime), just cause you likely won't be wanting to walk around outside all day. It can be fantastic in Winter, if you just know a bit what to expect, mainly regarding the weather 😅

Munduk er lidt oppe i bjergene og det bliver derfor en del køligere (og regner mere) end resten af Bali - derfor foretrækker jeg at besøge på dagsture, hehe.

It depends on the place you rent - the owner sets the rate. But it is quite usual that the owner will set, say a 25% (or even more), discount. I usually look for places with good long term discounts!

By the way, did the Airbnb description mention about long term discount? Or you just tell them to give you a good price for longer term stay.

@@user-di8hl7vh6z I think now Airbnb has an option to sort by 'good for long stay' or something. But if the owner has a discount, it will just be automatically applied and you should be able to see it in the pricing overview 'monthly discount' I think. - It's also possible to send a message to the owner and ask for a special rate. I'd say this makes sense if you want to stay for more than a month.
