Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

They do have golf carts. The building we were in did not have an elevator. The other buildings have elevators and ramps.

I have two questions: How was the overall cleanliness of your room, to include the housekeeping staff? And did you experience outage of electricity or water in the bathrooms during your stay?

I am so sorry I'm just seeing this message. The rooms were clean, but they are slow to clean the rooms. No outages while we were there.

We were in building 1, room 1213, it's a Flat Suite. There are only two floors in that building, no elevator.

On my reservation, it states “One in-room family breakfast or champagne breakfast (one per room/per stay).” Is this just a special breakfast limited to once or does this mean we just get one room service total during my 4 night stay?

Lil Mama’s is NOT BLACK OWNED. The employees are and the decor would have you think that, but please do your research. If you want to go and eat there, then try it out. But don’t go because you think you’re supporting “BLACK OWNED” because you’re not. Don’t be fooled by the graffiti and Notorious B.I.G. Decor inside. Also be prepared to spend about $30 for two 10 inches sandwiches.

Hey hey, so I did some research and when I went it was definitely black owned. I even spoke with multiple people back home and read the article where she sold the business. So it may not be now but at one point it was. Sandwiches are definitely overpriced. The hype has gone down tremendously. From what I was told people barely go now.
