I have 2 homes that I rent out.. i used to let bachelors and single women stay there initially.. but these bastard ruin the house, especially women.. they put all sorts of things into the toilet from bundles of hair to even plastic wrappings of sanitary pads.. it clogs up the whole system.. the dont use the electrical devices properly, mess up the water pumps.. the moment your question them they either start crying or start accusing you of harrassing them and threatened to file a police case.. men on the other hand throw all sorts stuff in all rooms.. they make the walls dirty and leave all of their waste inside wall cupboards.. its so messy to clean up once they vacate.. the moment you question any of their actions some of them start crying while some other start threatening you.. even though giving homes to familes gets you lower rent, it give you so much peace of mind.. and as a house owner, there's nothing more important than peace of mind.. May be your experience is different, but 6 years of renting the houses to single groups, have taught me never to give homes to young people..
