Great setup mate. Hope you’ve got a fire extinguisher and fire blanket too. Would be worth flagging this up to aspiring shack builders. They cost little but often the last thing on peoples minds.

Want to try this on my GMG Prime. You had it on around 1:15 at 140c then cranked up to 250c. How long was it on after you put temp to 250c

What could I do to substitute the Yeti Box? Could I just wrap it up tightly and maybe let it rest in the Traeger itself (on a lower temperature setting of course)? Thanks!

I hate to point this out but watch your video. Look how beautiful the rack of ribs looked before you put it in the tin foil and how awful they looked when you unwrapped them. I never wrap my ribs and they are always perfect. No hate Will. just an observation.

I've seen a few people line the bottom with aluminum foil to protect the inside and reduce cleaning effort. The video showed me that I don't need to?

Hello from Australia! I’ve recently picked up an OIS and have a question. I cooked my first brisket on it and found the grill pretty much seared the bottom of my brisket. Did you have issues with the bottom overcooking? I was running a water pan if you’re wondering and temp didn’t go above 300f.

Get your order in now, as it's a 45-55 week lead time on everything but the Volunteer, Dumpster, Roll Off, and Tanks. I just put in an order for a Dumpster. Only has a 20-24 week lead. Should get it in April. Just in time for spring cooking. :)

hey bro thanks for sharing...this is the definitive recipe! I tried them yesterday in my pit barrel, so I worked at around 150° centigrade, obviously the times took a little longer but the result was excellent, they were also similar in appearance and the diners were very happy. Thanks again

We use the sear burner to make the best potatoes with garlic, butter and a bit of wine or veggies with the pan right on the sear burner. No more going in and out to cook the veggies can do the entire meal so fast! I prefer grill marks on my steak and the grill cooks the best steak in my opinion. I don’t like the crispy bark.I would add a pic but I don’t know how… love your videos!!

Love your videos. You convinced me to buy the Regal 500, and I haven’t been disappointed! Would you be kind enough to state the temps in both Standard and Metric?? Here in Canada we use Celsius. Thanks a bunch and keep the great videos coming please!!
