I'm not big on cutsey Halloween stuff, but if someone likes it, Target is where to go

I've worked for Spirit in the past. They usually begin hiring in July and start setting up stores then too. They hired me and had me set up three stores from July to September and then had me work in my home store till November. This is normal operation procedure.

Halloween is a very busy day for me; last minute updates to the decorations (we go all out), making sure everything's in working order, filling the goodie bags (we give out all sorts of stuff - fun size candies, big chocolate bars, popcorn balls, chips, gummies, activity books, glow sticks, etc. I might give out a children's Halloween poems book I'm working on), and my nephew, who'll be 5 in September, is always talking about Halloween, so I love seeing his excitement with whatever costume he chooses. All the preparation just adds to the excitement, and there's something about Halloween night that gets my fire up. It's like when a thunderstorm is about to hit - there's a power in it, an energy. I know it sounds strange, but I can't describe it any other way.

Spencer's Gifts has some awesome shirts. I'm especially interested in some of the Halloween ones. The original Halloween is my favorite Horror picture, and it's curiously difficult to find more than the occasional Walmart T-shirt. A lot of horror items I find more easily includes It, Bride of Chucky, and The Nun. It's a lot of farmland and such, so you have to drive a little to get to places that might sell them, and they never have in what you see people finding in videos like these. My family and I get excited to find vintage Halloween decor at flea markets. We just love Halloween and horror, and - at least for me - it's kept me going. I'm eagerly awaiting Terrifier 3, the show (and/or movie) Malek Akkad and Miramax are fast tracking for Halloween, and there should be another Wolfman movie coming out.

I'm so jealous. Stores around here have nothing. Only Michael's has Halloween stuff and it's virtually all pink. My social media is littered with posts about Walmart having some neat stuff, and my family and I went to the three Walmarts in driving distance, and even the employees had no idea what I was talking about. By the time we do get stuff, it's not everything other people have found out at their stores. Their websites don't have stuff, so you wind up seeing a lot of price gouging, if you can find stuff at all. I don't think my family and I have ever had this problem with Christmas.
