Isn’t this a downgrade? I was able to replace the airbags in the suspension for about 150 bucks from eBay. That was two years ago and still riding great.

PLEASE NOTE: The grille need not be yanked and should not indeed be yanked with brute force. Instead the 6 tabs should be pressed upward one at a time while releasing that side of the segment!!

Two things I’d do differently: (1) Invest in a high quality respirator, especially if you’re going to paint indoors. You’ll be surprised as to the amount of toxin the paint releases. (2) Spray the paint on a practice sheet to clear any blockage. The dip tends to block the nozzle when dried.

Not being condescending, but you should never put a led bulb in a halogen housing. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Why didn't you just mask down the valence itself? Why have to peel off the coating afterwards? I don't get it.

Another point of advice here. When tightening the pivoting parts like the lower shock bolts and lower control arm bolts don't torque them down until the full weight of the vehicle is pressing down one them. This is because rubber bushings tightened down on without the full load on the pivoting points will break free from their surrounds inside the the shock or control arms. This is a must on any replacement suspension parts coming from me an ASE certified steering and suspension expert. So don't follow these instructions to their fullest.

Just for future reference the very first thing this guy loosened wasn't the tie rod it was the sway bar end link.

It depends on the weather but 10-20 minutes or until it doesn't look wet anymore. You're just trying to avoid drips and runs.

@@9to5EscapeI went ahead and did it 2 weeks ago. On my Silverado. One can per bumper. 5 coats. I learned the hard way to leave a gap with the tape. That’s the most crucial part

Anyone who tries this it’s impossible to make a clear line unless your bumper or inset is a separate piece. Taping doesn’t work

Hi, thanks for the video. What made you change the head gasket and did you have any codes after thinking i need to do this on my 2001 sequoia for a pin hole leak on the gasket..
@rossipremier Жыл бұрын
Given the aftermarket options for around $125 or so, and being black all the eay through... would you still dip it? I've done dip on other vehicles and a forward facing piece was always the hardest to clean, you couldn't get too aggressive or you'd risk damaging it.
