Hi Eleanor, I watched this, because I am trying to figure out how to paint a lightbulb that I can then use. I read something saying that you can do that with the kind of paint that is used on ceramics. It said that it is not effected by the heat and won’t cause the lightbulb to burst. I also read that sharpies work to color a light bulb. I read that will shorten the lifespan of the bulb, but again it is suppose to be safe… you’ll want to do your own research to make certain, but I would love to see what create if you try it.

Lovely effects. Can I use a spray that is made for glas bottles and is transparent? How about food coloring with clear glue added to it? Just trying to find something that I have on hand. Thanks for any tips you might have!🌈💗👍😊🌟

Thought the white spots were actually spots left uncovered for light to come thru bulb

But it has A HIGHLY WARMINING if u plan to light it up. Smaller kids not knowing this will end up in a catastrophy, bc when u plan to light it up u must USE HEAT RESISTANT COLOR YOU MUST SAY THIAT IN THE VIDEO IMMEDIATELY.You should NEVER EVER LIGHT UP ACRYLIC COLOR. ASK your chemistry teacher, it can cause an explosion, this can cause a fire and that will cause damage and injuries and in the worst case dearth, Those painted light bulbs there are only good for decorations, like aanging on christmas tree ut pls tell that in the video or want u to be responsible foe when a house burns down . Now u might laugh or think U hate you NO I do NOT, Ijust want u to mention it and PROTECT u and the kids,
