33:35 I don’t mean to go against a professional but that is not good. Whatever you mix into or with your sunscreen is going to compromise the formula. You could def use your concealer after your sunscreen has dried but do not mix it.

My hair is relaxed and I would straighten every single day on 450. Never in my life did I think I could go a day without using a straightener but I only straighten every 3/4 days on 375 and it stays like that for days. I’m extremely happy with k18 and I get out of the door so much faster because of it!

I have been using it for 2 weeks and so far no sensations, no burning, no reaction, even though I use it twice a day and on moist skin. I have very thick skin. I see no effect at all. Should I stop using it or wait a few weeks more?

I'm a bit late to the party, I only recently found your channel and have been listening your interviews. I've already listened to about 70% and loved all of them. But this guest, Dr. Park, and the podcast overall is my favorite so far - i actually started following her on Spotify. So thank you very much for bringing her to your podcast!❤

Thank you for explaining and I just tried it through my lovely hair dresser who put it on my ends which have been bleached and straightened and menopause hasn’t helped at all but I can’t recall which one she used she washed my hair and then added the K18 two pumps I think it was over my dried mid length to ends & immediately after drying I’ve noticed a huge difference in one week not washing and it’s not as frizzy or dry it actually has a shine the tangles weren’t as bad so something significant has definitely happened

DO NOT put it around your eyes!! It causes irreversible damage to the glands in your eyes that lubricate them, emphasis on IRREVERSIBLE. You'll have dry eyes for the rest of your life.

The caffeine part. Makes me realize that I had cut out energy drinks about 2 months before I conceived ( currently 15 weeks, very happy ) but it makes me realize that all the caffeine i was consuming ( on average before pregnancy anywhere from 300-500 mg daily ) was affecting my cycles, mostly symptoms. And my last cycle before I conceived was just so nice, and minimal symptoms, than poof, I was pregnant!! I just didn't even realize until hearing about caffeine effecting the cycle for the 100th time 😂. Great podcast !
